Real Bubs Ware Pink
The plot revolves around the midget character, Pedro, based off one of my school friends who used to be shorter then me. This comic was written during the last few months of 2008, which would explain the references to Honda's Mr. Opportunity (who I still hate to this day), the presidential election, the Ford buyouts, the crappy economy, abd the decreasing gas prices. The flashback scene cane right out of one of my comics from 2007. And any of you who were in elementary school in the late 90s/early 2000s will catch on to the Captain Underpants references.

Two Bubs Don't Make A Right
Similar to the last comic I posted, I started off this power point with an older comic I made back in 2006. The plot of this comic revolves around sibling rivalry, and it also made fun of those daytime phychology shows. I actually watched an episode of Dr. Phil to get an idea for the therapy scenes. While this comic has one of my favotire stories, it definately needed some re-writes because some confusion between the two twin characters: Bim and Jim. While Bim (the kid with the B on his shirt) was basically me, Jim (the kid with the J on his shirt) was sort of my conscience, but mostly a goody two-shoes. As I realized after making this comic, I noticed Jim lacked any personality and was redundant, so this was the last comic that he shows up in. I finished this comic in August 2008, during the Beijing Olympics.

Road Bubs
For whatever reason, I decided to start this power point off with some of my older comics (dealing with road trips) I made back in 2006, which were part of a 2007 calendar I made for my aunt. In this comic (made in July 2008) I tried having two different stories going on at the same time, because I felt like both stories were too weak to stand on their own. In this cartoon, I also introduced the "Pancakes" running joke, which I came up with when I was joking around with one of my friends in eigth grade.

Stick In The Bub
One of my more random and cartoony comics, the story revolves around the school spirit stick, which I always thought was a stupid concept. In this power point, I mocked school spirit and I even threw in a joke about my high school principal at the time, who was named Tracy. The "Plot Hole of No Return" joke was my way of explaining what happened to any of the characters that I got rid of and was planning to get rid of. This comic was made in June 2008, by the end of my freshmen year.
